From New Win to Now: Sneads Ferry Apartment Complex

Do you remember a New Win Announcement from April 2023 for the design of an apartment complex in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina? We wanted to give a quick update on the project! Just as a reminder, this project involves the design of a 252-unit apartment complex, which includes three residential buildings and various accessory structures such as a clubhouse, pool house, garage, mail kiosk, and trash compactor enclosure.

As of now, permit drawings are complete and the project is scheduled to be moving into construction soon. There were some delays due to the local market, but demand for apartments in the area seems to be increasing so the developer will be resuming the project again in the near future. We estimate that construction will begin in late summer 2024, with an 18-month construction period.

Bonus! Since winning this project we have won contracts with Logan Developers for a similar apartment complex near Myrtle Beach, SC and several clubhouses and amenity buildings for single family housing communities. We expect to be awarded contracts for 2-3 more new apartment communities with Logan Developers in 2025.
